Facilities for disabled people at the main stage marquee include a drop-off area at the Netherhall Rugby Club for access (car/minibus). This is only a 'drop off ' point and not a short/long stay car park and customers are requested to use the car park at the adjacent Netherhall School. From here the access route is hard standing until the main concrete path which allows access to the main venue marquee ticket entrance. Be aware that when travelling off the concrete pathway to the marquee entrance, that the route is then on a grassed area and may be soft going. Unfortunately we are unable to offer any disabled customers parking next to the marquee itself, due to limited space.

Inside the marquee is grassed (usually firm, but use caution).There is a additional needs area inside the marquee strictly on a first come first allocated basis, which is near the stage. Proof of medical condition must be shown at the ticket desk in the marquee. Stewards are available for additional help and advice.

In general, wheelchair access & mobility is not a problem from the Netherhall School car park to the marquee and within the marquee itself.  There are wheelchair accessible toilets within the marquee.
