Programme Competition Terms and Conditions
The 2010 Official Maryport Blues Festival programme contains a competition to win two weekend tickets for the 2011 Maryport Blues Festival. These are the terms and conditions.
(i) When you send in your entry, it will be entered into a draw. The winning entry will be drawn at least six weeks before Maryport Blues Festival 2011 and the winner will be informed by email.
(ii) You must be over 18 to enter the draw.
(iii) Only one entry allowed per person.
(iv) The closing date for entries is 31st December 2010.
(v) Maryport Festivals Ltd promises not to share your email address with any third party.
(vi) Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Maryport Festivals Ltd and accordingly Maryport Festivals Ltd may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to Maryport Festivals Ltd as a result thereof.
