A great range of bands from all over the country will be playing gigs at most of the pubs and clubs around town. BUZZARD |

Long-time Blues Festival favourites Buzzard are back, with their wild and wacky brand of blues rock! Based in Huddersfield, this popular four-piece have built up a big following across Cumbria and always put on a really entertaining show, covering some great early Stones, Eric Clapton and ZZ Top numbers. John Tilley (bass) was a backing musician for top band The Real Thing in the early seventies and Graham Philpott (lead vocals) used to be with Ckreed. They are joined by Norman Perry (lead guitar and vocals) and Oliver Perry on drums. |

THE DELUXE |

This Carlisle band is fronted by two Cumbrian guitar slingers, Christian Sharpe (who also handles the vocals) and Martin Mcdonald. A chance meeting back in 2009 led to the formation of the band and the bringing together of two very fine blues guitarists.
